Connect the next step.
Qivaro is a CRM application for people who need a clear view of their customer relationships and the work that follows. Bring contacts, sales opportunities, quotes and dated follow-ups into one account-private workspace.
FROM FIRST CONVERSATION TO FOLLOW-THROUGHWhat can you do
with Qivaro CRM?
A CRM is useful when it helps you answer two questions: what do I know about this customer, and what should I do next?
Manage customers and contacts
Save customer details and contacts, then open a chronological record of notes and manually logged calls, email activities and meetings. Related opportunities, tasks and scheduled meetings stay connected to the customer, so you can prepare for the next conversation.
Track sales opportunities
Record an opportunity’s value, stage, expected close date and next step. Update it as the work progresses, including won or lost outcomes. Keep the customer relationship and the sales opportunity connected without treating every conversation as a separate record.
Build and review quotes
Create quote lines with products or services, quantities, prices and discounts. New quotes default to Canadian dollars, with tax and delivery charges entered explicitly. Review your own quote, retain its revision history, and log when it was presented to the customer. Quote presentation is recorded manually; it does not send an email automatically.
Bring follow-ups into My Day
Give the next customer action a due date and assign it to yourself. My Day brings due-today work, overdue follow-ups and upcoming meetings into a daily view. Complete or reopen a task as the conversation moves forward.
Share a personal booking and enquiry link
Each user has a unique link that can be shared with customers, including in an email signature. Customers can request information or choose an available meeting time. Their details and related follow-up work save to the host’s private CRM. Enable bookings after setting working hours, blocked times and meeting instructions in Qivaro; availability does not check an external calendar.
CUSTOMIZATION INCLUDEDYour business needs.
Our customization. No extra cost.
The Qivaro Team will tailor your fields, workflows, dashboards and branding to fit the way you work. Tell us what matters to your business, and we will agree on the adjustments with you.
Included customization covers adjustments to these areas. Entirely new features and third-party integrations are scoped separately.
Discuss your customization needs →ONE BUSINESS PURPOSE PER USERA workspace that fits your work.
An administrator selects Construction, Professional Services, Retail & Wholesale, Technology & IT, or General Business for each user. The core customer, opportunity and follow-up workflow stays available, while the project area reflects the selected purpose.
Construction users can review public permit signals from Vancouver, Surrey, New Westminster and Maple Ridge, save relevant projects and create qualification follow-ups. Permit signals still require buyer, scope and timing checks. Other business purposes use private projects entered by the user and do not search public project sources.

Clear access.
Qivaro keeps CRM records private to each account. Administrators approve access and choose a business purpose. Use the same approved account to continue with saved work on another browser or device; confirmed saves require an internet connection.
Qivaro is designed around recorded customer context and deliberate follow-through. It does not currently offer a shared team CRM, automatic inbox synchronization or external calendar conflict checking.
A practical customer workflow
- Open the customer and review the last conversation.
- Update the opportunity and prepare a quote.
- Review the quote and log its presentation.
