BUILT AROUND FOLLOW-THROUGH

Make customer knowledge
work for you.

The details matter most when they help you decide what to do next. Qivaro brings customer context and daily work into the same conversation.

01 / START WITH PRIORITIES

See the work that needs attention.

My Day separates due-today tasks, overdue follow-ups, upcoming meetings and work needing attention. Open your day with a practical view of your assigned next steps.

02 / CONTINUE WITH CONTEXT

Walk into the next conversation prepared.

Open a customer to review contacts, related opportunities, tasks, scheduled meetings and a chronological record of notes and manually logged activities. Pick up from what is already known.

03 / MAKE THE NEXT STEP CONCRETE

Give the opportunity a way forward.

Record an opportunity's value, stage, close date and next step. Add a dated follow-up from the customer record, assign it to yourself, and find that work in My Day.

SEE THE CONNECTION

One customer.
A connected next step.

Explore a simple Qivaro workflow: understand the customer, record the conversation, set a follow-up, and act on it in My Day.

FOCUS THAT FITS YOUR BUSINESS

Your business purpose.
Your working context.

An administrator chooses one business purpose for each user. Local projects adapts to that purpose, while customers, opportunities and follow-ups remain part of the CRM experience.

Construction

Local projects

Put construction signals into a qualification workflow.

Review public permit signals, save relevant projects and keep qualification follow-ups visible in My Day.

Construction accounts can use the Vancouver–Surrey public-project pilot. Source signals still need buyer, scope and schedule qualification.

A DISTINCTIVE WORKFLOW FOR CONSTRUCTION

From local project signal
to personal follow-through.

Explore public Vancouver–Surrey permit signals with their source, scope and matching reason. Approve relevant work to save a private project snapshot and add a qualification task to My Day.

Administrators can also assign a project and follow-up to an approved Construction user. Each recipient keeps their own saved project record.

Public permits identify potential work. Buyer, requirements and timing still need qualification.

Qivaro combines approved access, a defined business purpose and account-private records. Save your work, then return to it from another browser or device using the same Qivaro account.

  1. 01

    Choose who gets access

The administrator approves the email, selects the business purpose and sends a private setup invitation. Access can be revoked when it is no longer needed.

  2. 02

    Continue across devices

Saved CRM records and private projects are available to the same signed-in account. Refresh to load the latest saved work when returning on another device.

  3. 03

Preserve the work behind the purpose

Changing a business purpose keeps existing records. Earlier private project lists are retained and available again if the purpose is selected later.

A CLEAR PICTURE, BEFORE YOU SIGN IN

Get to know Qivaro.

What makes Qivaro a focused CRM?

Qivaro connects the customer record with the work that follows. Review recorded history, capture opportunity context, create a dated follow-up and see your assigned next steps in My Day.

What does the customer timeline include?

Saved notes and manually recorded calls, email activities and meetings, alongside related customer work. These entries provide context; logging an email activity does not send an email or automatically sync an inbox.

Does every business purpose search for projects?

Public-project discovery is available only for Construction, through the Vancouver–Surrey permit pilot. Professional Services, Retail & Wholesale, Technology & IT and General Business use private projects entered by the user.

Can I continue my work on another device?

Yes. Sign in with the same approved Qivaro account to access saved records. Refresh the workspace to load the latest changes. Confirmed saves require an internet connection.

Who can see my business records?

CRM and project records are kept per account. Administrators manage approved access and business purpose; a construction project assignment creates a saved project and follow-up in the recipient’s account.

How do I start using Qivaro?

Access is by invitation. Open your Qivaro Team setup email, use your approved email address to choose a password, complete account setup and sign in. The application is separate from this promotional website.
